Beautiful beach, ideal for families. Aug 2020. A lot of beaches around Sgaes are surfers paradise with big waves. However, this beach is sheltered from the winds and the sea is very calm. For those not looking for big waves, but a classical algarve picture perfect beach this is is the one to go to. Also very quiet so you have lots and lots of.
